SEI Tumble Craft and Fabric Tie-Dye Kit 2 Oz 8 kg-Assorted

Used this set of dyes to dye the skirt I made for my prom. They were lovely and vibrant, but some colours were easier to use than others - some didn't spray properly and this led to some of the dye going to the wrong place. The green mixed with the yellow accidentally at the back and it ended up looking rather muddy, but it worked well enough. Haven't washed it yet, so I don't know if there'll be an issue with the colour washing out. xx

This item is wonderful, super easy to use, easy to clean up and went a long way.. Using a mix of wet and dry method I easily dyed 15 new born / up to three month baby vests, 4 sleep suits, 12 large Muslins and a Cot sheet and blanket with a tiny amount left over... Will be buying again without a doubt.

Brilliant product for decorating tee shirts and for giving old, faded clothes a new lease of life. Easy to use and it doesn't fade with lots of washing.

Really good product. We used to dye some white pumps- came out really well & after tumble trying- no dye residue. Could be made even better with different nozzles as some wastage occurs but that said- it did the job.

Brilliant stuff my two girls have dyed anything and everything. We dyed cushions for her friends as party favours. They came out really well. We are gonna be doing t- towels for Xmas now.

from these i was only able to tye dye one shirt so for the price id expect a bit more. However very lovely vibrant colors.

I'm using this to dye canvas shoes to make myself some Pride shoes and it's great! I expected a lot of dye to disappear after heat treatment but it all stayed - you can see from the pictures the before and after - with the laces is after the washing. Incredible. So good friends of mine insisted I make shoes for them. I suspect those who had problems over at Amazon.com with it washing out didn't heat set it properly - I did it with an iron then tumble dry just to be safe. Anything heat set like this it's important to get it as hot as possible without damaging the item. The dye stays, and doesn't seem to fade much. I think also you need to use a fair amount to get solid colours, but the spray helps that anyway. Harder to use the spray on smaller items like the child's shoes, I used sponges for that. Only one thing - the pink looks a bit odd when mixed with red, it goes a weird sort of purply-whiter/lighter shade, fades a bit especially a few weeks later? When drying you can see this white crystals there, like a residue? I'm thinking of avoiding pink in my rainbow shoes as a result. Hence not 5 stars. All the other colours are fine though...although avoid mixing yellow and blue/purple, that just goes a horrible brown and is hard to fix if accidentally sprayed. Some of the tutorials say you should do both shoes together to match them, but spraying I recommend you keep the other shoe well away! EDIT: I washed these new ones and they came out very bleached...and the new ones I only tumble dried on the sensitive setting and then did a warm wash and most of the dye washed out. So you MUST used a hot tumble dry or iron them hot, and wash it cold, like I did with the first pair - even those when I washed them warm a lot came out. The pink issue I think was the fading from UV. Disappointing. So not really recommended for warm washes, best use other dyes for that. I hear Procion MX / soda ash dyes, they are apparently more light and wash fast?

Très belles couleurs tenaces. Faciles à utiliser, supers pigments. Kit hyper complet, j'ai fait plein de t-shirts de toutes sortes. Se prête à toutes les techniques de tie and dye ainsi qu'au shibori.

Son colores muy intensos, y perduran tras los lavados, también son muy practicos de utiliza y no manchas nada, eso si, tienes q usar bastante cantidad para que llegue a todas partes, no es como sumergir la prenda en el tinte, pero eso ya se sabe. Los recomiendo!

Es genial pero hay que agitar bien y separarse unos 50 cm para q no caigan borbotones. En cualquier caso es genial
