I was advised by a nutritionist to get these - they seemed to sort the issue out so repeat bought for a few months.

For years I have suffered with chronic stomach ache, terrible wind and going to the toilet around 5 times per day at least. Very uncomfortable on work do's, going out etc as I always needed the toilet. Doctors prescribed me various medication for IBS and nothing worked. My stomach was constantly bloated and I could hardly eat as I was just full all the time and suffering terrible pain. I stopped eating dairy products, wheat as recommended by my GP, but nothing. I felt the same and had all the symptoms still. Browsing the web and I heard about these probiotics. I thought I would give these a go as I was getting to a desperate stage. Within a couple of days, my stomach had gone down, I was going to the toilet once per day as normal and had no bloating and stomach ache. I felt like a new person and can thoroughly recommend these to anyone who has symptoms like mine (I have medically diagnosed IBS). For me, this is the only thing that works and I have not had a single day of IBS symptoms since.

These are fantastic. I have had lifelong issues with my digestive system, which led to problems with immunity. I have been to multiple doctors throughout my life and always been given strong laxatives which led to side effects on my heart. I passed out regularly. I have been taking these for 10 days now and my lifelong health issue appears to be fixed. They did cause some discomfort at first, but I assume that's them working.

Probiotics might help, in theory and on paper they should. These ones sound great! Especially the word "Extra" - but look, they are expensive for such a small amount, and the word billion sounds encouraging. I am on the fence with these. Halve the price and I'll jump back in, but for now I'll go with a brand who have more billions but less $$$.
