I’m really happy with the purchase. What stood out to me right away is the natural lemon flavour – it’s honestly awesome. Sometimes after taking the tablet, I can still smell a bit of lemon, which is actually really pleasant. Best of all, there’s no fishy smell or aftertaste, which has been a big issue for me with other brands in the past. The capsules are a bit large, but I found a super easy trick – I just leave the tablet in my mouth for about a minute, and it softens up a bit. After that, it’s much easier to swallow and goes down with no problem.

Effective supplement, bought a few time already. No fishy aftertaste, good quality and great value.

I’ve been using this Omega-3 for a couple of months now, and it’s pretty solid. The DHA/EPA ratio is spot on for what I need, and honestly, at this price, you’d be hard-pressed to find better without spending at least 30% more for minimal extra benefit. It’s clean, natural, and in the triglyceride form, which is meant to be better absorbed. No fishy aftertaste like some others. At just one capsule a day, it’s dead simple to take. High-quality fish oil that won’t break the bank, this is hard to beat.

If you have trouble swallowing the larger soft capsules then these could be worse. The overall capsule is smaller but the casing is firmer (almost as hard as a small boiled sweet). The first one I tried did get stuck for a few seconds which can be distressing. However, the great news is the firm outer casing can be cut and the oil placed in to orange juice and it is a pleasant alternative to the fishy aftertaste products that are supplied in liquid form.

Nice small size easy to swallow and only one once a day. No fishy smells and no side effects. Good value for money and couldn’t ask for more

Ayant subi une néphrectomie totale du rein gauche et n’ayant plus que 1 rein en insuffisance stade B3 avec un anévrisme de l’aorte de 33mm, je vis avec une épée de Damoclès qui ne me laisse que peu de loisir au hasard et aux grigris, j’en prends tout les jours depuis 2 ans avec d’autre compléments ajustés à ma maladie, j’ai donc 6 prises de sang et analyse urée pour dire que c’est un produit de haute qualité et un complément alimentaire permettant d’anticiper sur l’avenir. J’ai pas encore fais d’AVC ou rupture d’anévrisme et j’ai retardé la dialyse donc je le conseille particulièrement couplé à de la Coenzyme Q10 Ubiquinol 200mg, Collagène Marin 2000mg et des comprimés de Levure de bière & selenium accompagné d’une alimentation riche en légumes vert et des graisses non saturé. Mais pour les dosages rapprochés vous toujours de votre médecin en espérant qu’il se souvienne d’Hyppocrate.

MEIN WICHTIGSTER GRUND WARUM ICH BESONDERS DIESES KAUFE: Es wird keine Schweine- oder Rindergelatine verwendet. Also ideal für Leute die religiöse oder andere Gründe haben. Ich verwende die Omega 3 Kapseln schon seit ca. 1-2 Jahren, da ich die meiste Zeit Zuhause bin und generell sehr wenig direktes Sonnenlicht bekomme und Omega-3 sehr essentiell ist. Manchmal für einige Tage oder Wochen nicht aber allgemein fast durchgängig. Zu sagen ich hätte eine spürbare Veränderung bemerkt wäre gelogen. Was ich sagen kann ist das meine Vitamin D3 Werte von mangelhaft zu niedrig-normal gestiegen ist. Ich glaube ich habe auch weniger Knieschmerzen wenn ich es langfristig einnehme. Kann natürlich Placebo sein. Nichtsdestotrotz ist die Einnahme von Omega-3 und Vitamin D wissenschaftlich belegt. Also auch wenn man sich jetzt nicht anders fühlt hat es doch eine Wirkung im Körper. 1000 IE ist auch nicht krass überdosiert also perfekt wenn man normale Level haben will. Die Kapseln selbst sind von sehr hoher Qualität. Das Öl ist auch von hoher Qualität. Wenn man es zerbeißt schmeckt es eher nach Zitrone. Die Kapseln stinken auch nicht. Einmal am Tag runterschlucken und die Sache hat sich erledigt. :)

I think this product is fake . I took it few days and one day I decided to put the capsules in mouth and desolve it. But the capsules contain liquid with lemon taste but did not felt like fish oil. I have taken several fish oil capsules in past and know how it tastes when we desolve the capsules in mouth. Try it yourself self( if you already bought it)

Pros- I love that they’re small and easy to swallow, only one pill is a serving Cons-wish the dosage of DHA was a bit higher
