Not good if you sleep in it and plan to go to work

The chin strap has served the purpose of keeping my mouth closed while using My CPAP. The one recommendation I would offer would be that users should ensure the strap is closed first, then slide the strap on your chin and then over your head. Be careful adjusting this unit on our head. If the Velcro hooks grab your hair, it’s very difficult to her you hair untangled. Trust me…I lost a plug of my already thinning hair!

I'm using this per my docs recommendation as a chin strap to use with my CPAP machine. It is so comfortable and breathable. I don't wake up sweating in the middle of the night from it. And, yes, it keeps my mouth from hanging open and blasting my partner with air. As for double chin reduction... We shall see. But I don't even care about that right now. 😉

The holes for the ears were far and it was giving me big tension. Maybe my head is big, but the ear holes in that mask were uncomfortable for me.

Maybe after a year I may see a difference. A bit uncomfortable.
