Can you use this before or after applying a hair masque

I wash my hair with shampoo first, then use the aphogee 2 minute reconstructor then follow up with a hair mask for the best results! I always use a deep moisturising hair mask after. Hope this helped!

How effective is this as a protein treatment? I see the first mention of protein is the tenth listed ingredient? It doesn't sound very strong to me?

Hi. It’s pretty good. You wouldn’t want any more protein as it could leave residue / build up on your hair and you wouldn’t be able to put a comb / brush through it at all!
