Excellent for me, improved joint and muscle aches. They also stopped the clicking joints. Certainly worth trying. Not cheap but they are worth the money.

Best glucosamine but…
Best glucosamine on the market. Nice small pills, easy to swallow . It takes away the pains in my knees and strengthen my nails. However, it’s too expensive. I have to take one pill every other day because of it. Recommended if you can afford it.
