Large, hard but worth it...
As some reviews state, these tablets are large and hard and I can imagine a little hard for some people to swallow. I take mine with peanut butter or leave one in a glass of water to dissolve/break down. Good value apart from the size niggle.

Contains maltodextrin.
These tablets are cheap but they contain a potentially harmful filler which I wasn't aware of on ordering. They did seem to have a positive effect on calming digestive issues and regulating my menstrual cycle but will be looking for alternative, cleaner brands in future
