Great for substituting a meal I have it for lunch with a banana. They taste very good and have all the vitamins in. This is a great product and recommend them and they are far cheaper on Amazon

The vanilla flavour is delicious, much better than I expected. I love sweet things and even though this has no added sugar, I still found it sweet enough but not too sweet. I love that it's only 204 calories and that it's a bit thick (could be slightly thicker for my liking but it's quite thick given it's skimmed milk). I also love that it has no artificial flavouring nor colouring, and it is a balanced meal with vitamins and nutrients. It also fills me up for some hours. It's easy to pop in my bag for uni. This is my second time buying and will definitely buy again!

I buy these when I'm trying to lose weight (again) or even as an on the go breakfast when I'm not trying to lose weight. They are lovely and smooth, not too thick but taste great and satisfying if you have to skip breakfast or lunch

Cookies and Cream is for me the best of the flavours. Sweet smooth and is a perfect reflection of real Cookies and Cream. Expensive and a treat only. This price is not sustainable sadly... The Chocolate flavour is very nice too.

Best flavour Slimfast shakes by a mile. Similar to yazoo in taste and consistency, no weird malty aftertaste. Excellent for people on a weight loss journey at only 200 cals. I find it brilliant for when I don’t fancy a meal but know I need to get something down me.

I got these to try as were half price at the time, I’m trying to lose some weight so thought would be worth a try. I got for flavours - chocolate/vanilla/strawberry/banana, The consistency and smoothness is brilliant compared to shakes you mix yourself, High protein, size turns out is perfect as I decided to pouring these over my cereal which is DELICIOUS, I highly recommend it, it’s so effective and totally makes breakfast so much better and healthier, My favourite in order over cereal is vanilla - strawberry - banana then the chocolate but all excellent and I alternate between days so change each day, I honestly don’t know if I’ll keep buying these because at full price it mounts up, but while on offer I certainly will.

Last weeks I was very busy to do grocery so to save time I came across these as it’s even faster to purchase than online grocery so I got these in the 3-2-1 meal plan lol and I managed to put myself a 600 calorie dinner on a plate in less than 5 minutes with some cooked ready chicken, rice/mash ready cooked and some chopped veggies (tomato and bell peppers). I survived!!! The dinner was good specially that was portion controlled. Now, for the 3-2-1 plan I got: meal replacement bar, vanilla ready shake, chocolate snack, pretzel snack, baked cheddar bikes. Vanilla ready shake: tastes okay-ish, some artificial taste. Meal replacement bars: too sweet for my taste, give lot of gas (had to order supplement for winds 🤦‍♀️). The bites and chocolate snack ok as taste. Had a meal plus snack together as I don’t snack and they kept me full for 1.5 hours then I stayed hungry to the next meal time. Sometimes they gave me a very… artificial after taste. Gave me bad breath and I usually don’t have that. I survived for 2-3 weeks as I was very busy, but at the end of that, I had a lot of food. Overall I felt hungry all the time. I have a very active job with long busy work hours and in my spare time I workout few times a week but these 3 weeks had no time to workout. However, 1300 calories is way too few to sustain and probably at end of a week or so will eat more in a binge style. But if you go more than 1300 calories then you already prepare a second meal on your own then what’s the point of using these, just have the 3rd meal also and these are not needed anymore. To lose weight can use portion control just buy a set of cups use a protein size of a deck card or palm of your hand, half cup starches and one cup salad/veggies. Do that plate 3 times a day and actually will not crave. You don’t even have yo cook just buy some cooked meat and starches. If hungry add one-2 snacks (fruits/nuts) and you good to go. Now, the slimfast is good if you: have no idea where to start your weight loss journey, you are not an active person and you can survive on 1300 kcal a day, you need some discipline with food habits, you are low on time to buy and prepare your meals. It also has some vitamins and minerals and this saves tons and tons of headaches about micronutrient counting and supplementation, etc. However, if you need more than 1300 calorie you need to find a system that works for you where you can easily add the needed extra calories without much time and effort consuming. Or just do portion control as my example above. However, man doesn’t make food. Nature makes food, that’s its job. Go on a whole food diet cut out processed food and sugar go out have a walk and you will lose weight without taxing your hormones/heath on the long run. Buy and eat anything that you can find in nature and that is only one ingredient and your body will thank and reward you. Do not be afraid of not enough protein or carbs are bad those are just lies because they need to sell their artificial products. The weight loss will come as an inertia of your body healing, eat for health, not for weight loss, weight loss happens when you become healthy. Thanks ☺️

Disappointed by the flavour

I'm not into sports drink like Gatorade, I find them too salty. My Slimfast has all the proteins and vitamins. If I need to hydrate, I drink coconut water.

No he probado otras marcas de batidos pero los de Slim Fast tienen un sabor auténtico y especialmente cremoso y el principal ingrediente es leche desnatada! Otra cosa importante es que cada batido tiene 23 vitaminas y minerales. Muy 😁 con la compra.

I love these shakes! I use them as snacks. One for morning, one in the afternoon. I use it for weight loss. The first 5 cases were packed really great in massive bubble wrap in sets of three bottles. They trickled in slowly. NOT, the sellers fault. Canadian customs were really slow. I glad that they marked 1/10, 2/10 etc. The postal carrier and I were joking about which case was coming next. By the way, I have lost 8.2 lbs in 23 days. With two other slimfast products! I love got 2 more cases on the way.

Loved this product
