Yes it can. I use all those ingredients and it still produces an easy to drink smoothie

Q: Is it good for milling seeds and nuts ?.

It is absolutely essential to mill and blend together with liquid. I use seeds and nuts often and the machine works very well with all manner of liquids, e.g. drinks made from oats, almonds, hazelnuts. Provided one uses sufficient liquid, and blends or mills for approximately 25 seconds then should be no problem. As stated in a previous answer, the machine also grinds ice cubes directly from the freezer. Enjoy your machine as much as I do mine - I have used it almost daily for several months.

Q: How is it with leafy greens like spinach or Kale? I have the magic bullet and it barely chops it let alone make it into a smoothie!

The nutri ninja is absolutely brilliAnt. I just made myself a kale smoothie for tomorrow and it's perfectly smooth. I am very pleased with it.

Q: Can you wash the Ninja Pro in the dishwasher? Are there any parts you have to wash by hand? thanks

All removable parts are dishwasher safe. Obviously the motorised base cannot go in the dishwashers but the blades, lids and cups can. I hope this helps.JoeASCAFO UK
