Reduction in bloating, increase in energy and metabolism
I like this stuff :) Weight loss wasn't my main goal when purchasing this product, so I can't say I've lost a specific amount of weight, but I have noticed a reduction in my bloating, as well as an increase in energy, and metabolism. I've also made a conscious effort to increase my water intake when taking these. I normally hate taking pills, however these don't have a funny taste, and they're pretty easy to swallow.

Helps Me Feel Fuller
I used this with Keotone, and I must say I don't know if I noticed all of the things happen to me that it claimed to be. I still had some cravings, but overall I was pleased! I definitely felt fuller faster and that definitely helped me not to eat as much!

This does not block carbs
If this blocks carb then why am I being kicked out of keotosis and why am I gaining water weight when I eat carbs once a week? This product does not work.
