PopSockets Expanding Grip Case with Stand for Smartphones and Tablets - Arabesque

Lovely little turtle. We are reptile lovers and have 7 adorable tortoises and a snake. Millie loves it but hasn't yet applied to phone as she doesn't want to spoil it. I'm searching for a related case for her phone as I know she will then put it to use. Thankyou. Linda Further to this review - - - some weeks since, I was asked a question/opinion re this item that I was unable to answer as I don't use these and Millie hadn't at that point attached hers. The problem was that hers wouldn't stay attached. I can confirm same happened to Millie's. I am resourceful and 99% of time where there's a will - - - I have some narrow, super sticky double sided tape - 20 Metres MULTI-MOUNT Acid Free Double Sided Mounting Tape For: Panoramic Photos, Computer Printouts, Scrap Books, Photographic Enlargements. That's what it says on the box, which is 4'' square. Believe me it has ''many'' other uses. I used this tape to re-attach Millie's pop socket and it hasn't budged even a mm. Sorry this solution has been a long time coming. It is permanent and as the tape is fine, it isn't visible and there is not a gap between case and socket. Linda.

I Love Popsocket as they make holding my phone so much easier. They are comfortable to hold, easy to use and are very good quality. Having one on my phone has definitely made my phone much easier to use and hold and has reduced the amount of times I've dropped my phone too. The picture design is lovely and it definitely looks nice on my phone rather than being an eye sore. The reason, and one thing, that REALLY annoys me is that the stick doesn't last very long at all. Every time I've had one on my phone it's fallen off and I've dropped or almost dropped my phone where I didn't expect it to all of a sudden become unstuck. I've bought 4 Popsockets and had the same problem with every one. Plus it seems almost impossible to buy replacement sticker pads for them. I've resorted to buying double sided pad strips and cutting them to shape. Doing that has been brilliant as I've not had any problems with unsticking since.

Using this for an iPhone 11 (as my teeny hands struggle to grip around the whole phone) and it’s great. Particularly good for having a sturdier hold on your phone when using it lying in bed and particularly for taking selfies. I also like to hold my phone using the pop socket when I’m using my phone in public as it feels like I have a more secure grip (in case anyone tried to snatch the phone out of my hand). It adheres really strongly to the phone so I’ve had no issues with it falling off. BUT despite this, it’s still possible to remove the pop socket and put it on a different case fairly easily, which is another bonus as I change phone cases frequently. Overall, it’s pretty, does the job perfectly, and is SO satisfying to play with!

To be honest was wanting one for ages and was cheaper on amazon than the official site ect and price was my main reservation after ordering i totally agree with the price point i love that i can switch the picture on the top with custom tops or other designs and also move the grip of i didnt like its placement the colour of the actual poppy bit can be changed too so i can match them up to my phone case, functionally its brilliant, seriously i use it as a stand i can take pictures SOOOOO much more easily i can text and watch videos more comfortably its just a better hand position and grip in general wouldnt go back to using my phone without one i dont pi k up my phone without popping this out anymore plus its a fun little fidget thing to pop it up and down while your bored or commuting god just love this little thing and was plesantly surpised that the white poppy bit that your hand actually holds all the time doesnt get dirtyas such mine has a slight pinkish tinge to it now but it looks pretty not grey and dirty like i was expecting money well spent

In theory this is a great product. In practice it isn’t worth the money. The adhesion is poor and has fallen off and unstuck itself about three times since I put it on a few days ago. The instructions said i could apply it directly to the hard plastic phone cover, which was brand new and free of any grease or dirt. It doesn’t stick well at all and not the sticky is wearing off so soon it won’t be any use at all. I’m only using it as a stand so I can put my phone up on the side. I’m not actually using it to hold it with. It certainly wouldn’t be any use with the bracket it’s also designed for as it would just fall straight off.

Great little device for holding onto your phone in more comfort than usual. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ which is a pretty large phone. All of that ultra heavy weight would even make Arnie's little finger weep with compassion. But no longer with the PopSocket! This nifty little gadget allows you to hold your behemoth device without spending every waking hour doing little finger curls at the gym. My little finger now cries in joy whenever it hears the pop of the PopSocket looming above his head, as he knows that he will no longer be crushed by the glass and aluminium construction of the S8+. The PopSocket Gods have brought mercy upon him and he is grateful. Mine has a Mandala on it, which lets the ladies know that I'm a sensitive but also strong individual, who's open to the idea of letting a woman pay for my dinner at a restaurant without feeling emasculated. Would recommend.

I've no idea why there are so many reviews saying this doesn't work. The popsocket is well and truly stuck to my phone case. It might fall off if I try to take it off and rearrange it a couple of times, so it's important to get it right the first time you stick it on. I did have to alter it once - as soon as I tried to place it the first time - and as I said, I've had no problems. This has been on my phone for a month now and shows no signs of falling off. It's sturdy, the picture isn't high quality but still pretty and effective. Overall, perfect popsocket.

Good value, great quality, pop socket. The design is vibrant just like in the picture (“The Bomb” looks like a bath bomb in water) Sticks very securely on my phone case.

This is my third and I will probably continue to always have one on my phone. They are very durable, this is the 2nd phone I've had and a new phone case. Trick I've found is to place on a different device after having them for a while - IF USING A PHONE CASE - super glue helps them stick thoroughly - BUT ONLY ON PHONE CASE - NEVER GLUE TO PHONE. I fall asleep reading and used to drop phone so it hit my face. not it stays in my hand until I push it away. I don't drop my phone and at times it is great to hook it to a rail or somewhere when not wanting to lay it down. For the car because my phone is my gps, I have an attachment also made by the PopSocket brand, that is fixed so I can hang up my phone and see it while driving. I would never buy anything but the original PopSocket brand because they are really good and on Amazon, affordable and many choices of designs/colors. Only hard part is picking which one to buy!
