This is a well priced, excellent product, gentle but effective. Taken by my 22 year old and me at 79. It arrived promptly in good packaging. All good.

I started taking these because I wasn’t sure I was getting enough iron from my diet and wanted to give my body a bit of extra support. I’ve always been a bit cautious with iron supplements because they can sometimes cause side effects, but these really have been gentle—just like the name says. No upset stomach, no nausea, no constipation. I’ve had no issues at all. I make sure to leave a few hours between these and my other supplements, especially anything with calcium or magnesium, just to help with proper absorption. That routine has worked really well for me. I take them with a bit of vitamin C to help them absorb and so far, I’m really happy with them. They’re easy to take and feel like a nice, simple way to support my energy and health.

An excellent product that brought my iron level up without the digestive upset of some other forms.

I use Solgar's iron regularly as I have Hashimotos and need to keep my iron levels up. I like that it's non-constipating and it doesn't affect my stomach. I don't like that it uses magnesium stearate so if I manage to find another alternative that doesn't use it, I'll favour that product.

Great when I was pregnant and needed a boost of iron. Blood tests proved they worked and they were gentle on my stomach. Used up the rest after pregnancy and I think they have helped my energy levels. Easy to swallow and no after taste.

Finally found some iron tablets that don’t upset my stomach !Easy to take & gentle on my gut which is a big plus . Other iron supps make me so ill so it’s great to eventually find some that I can take .I do take them with an orange...

Seemed ok , but have indigestion, definitely caused by the capsule .
