Great
Nice DVD with this for people like me who had no idea how to sharpen tools. It did take a bit of time to use it but after a while, it worked as the DVD says it should.A lot cheaper (a good thing) than the Tormek.

It’s a very solid piece of kit the dvd instructions are good not so sure on the paper version. Also the metal guides for sharpening some tools are good but all the other extras are not included. One last tip when putting water in the tank and switching on the excess water may fly out

2nd time lucky.....!
Finally received the new sharpening system. Delighted. Settled down with all my plane irons and chisels. Sharp as in an afternoon, whereas it would have been a whole day at least with my old oil stone and the results wouldn't hold a candle to this. Now, better order a first aid kit with lots of plasters.

Disappointed
This unit as presented has been functional but of poor quality. The case is mainly plastic and quite flimsy in feel and the horizontal guide bar tightening knob threaded holes were completely useless as the were not tapped properly. The only reason i havent sent it back for a refund is that i was tight for time on a project. The tools i've sharpened on the unit are ok to use, but the stone is not of a quality i would like.Im now saving up for a Tormek.

Waste of money
Waste of money, jig for sharpening isn't square, the wheel isn't square, save ur money and buy a bench grinder and a diamond stone better off
