I work in ophthalmology and suffer dry eyes, some research says Omega3 oils help but need to take for months or long term/for ever. So tried these and while I cannot say helped my dry eyes, cannot disprove yet. One thing is they are easy to swallow, ok taste wise compared to others.

So far so good i guess it came on time with no damage and all the usual. Ive been taking it for about a month now and as you can imagine cant really notice a difference but ive been reading up on the benefits of it and I think they are more hidden benefits in which we cannot phyiscial feel or observe but i recommend this for the health conscious as its an essential part of diet and this particular product is cheap and decent!

No burps, no taste just great quality fish oil capsules. These feel fresh when you take them. I’ve tried much pricier brands but gave these a shot due to good reviews. Didn’t regret at all. Love these and now this is my go-to brand! Excellent price for excellent quality. No drawbacks of negatives at all! These are fantastic!
