Recently found out the optimal Co-enzyme10 has to have ubiquinol so I made the switch from my previous brand which only had ubiquinone and not as beneficial.Looking forward to feel the benefits especially as it’s a bit pricy.

I took these regularly for 2 months leading up to IVF at age 37. I took 1 gel daily with food alongside another brand at my other meal. I had fantastic results with 37 mature eggs and 90% fertilisation so the Ubiquinol certainly didn't hurt! My previous IVF cycle I only took the other brand and had less mature eggs with only 60% fertilisation, so I wouldn't discount that this brand was a contributing factor in the success.

I used these in conjunction with other brands of ubiquinol and was successful on my 3rd ivf cycle.
