Brilliant stuff!
I can't believe how great this paint is it goes on lovely, dries fast, you can wash the brushes out with water and it looks great so I know that I will be happy with the end result once I've glossed, would highly recommend this and will definitely be buying more, I only went for the small tin to test it out as I'd never used it before but I will buy the bigger tin next time, well worth the money, time and effort of doing an undercoat.

Good coverage
Good pot smaller than I thought but decent coverage

Good quality primer
I liked the fact that the primer is brilliant white, easy to apply and did exactly what it needed to do. I used it on a patch of bare plaster where the emulsion previously used kept flaking off. So far so good.

Perfect!
Needed this to refresh our very tired radiator. Easy to apply, great coverage, not leavingany smudges. It's not too runny, but not too thick either, just great to work with. Dried quickly as promised. I used Rustins white paint a few hours later and am happy with the results. Now I know what white looks like. Bonus for ability to clean with just water, as I am quite messy.

It works
Recently painted ceiling over some filler but it kept cracking, this paint sealed the surface and worked perfectly, no more cracks. Perfect. Need it to fully dry before painting over as it’s sticky at first before it dries

Best primer/undercoat on the market!
This is indeed the best primer/undercoat with good adhesion and coverage of bare and previously painted wood. Restoring an old Victorian house I am finding this paint easily out performs its competitors. Purchased on Amazon for fair price and quick delivery. However most recent delivery arrived very badly damaged- no leaks but seams very compromised. No damage to packaging however which leads me to surmise item was sent out in this condition. A quick phone call with a (very helpful) CS advisor had matter resolved with replacement sent and no need to return damaged item. A good result and happy customer.

Good paint
Great quality primer but unfortunately the tin arrived dented and a loose line thankfully the tin was wrapped in cellophane so no spillages..

No odour, quick dry and easy to work with
This is my first foray into water based paints for wood and I'm pretty happy with it.The main benefits for me are, no odour and the brushes are easy to clean.Oil based paints stink. There's no getting away from that, but I still prefer the final smooth finish of a good thick oil paint. But times have changed. These paints are easier on the body from a breathing point of view and not having to use solvents to clean brushes in one of the biggest draws of these new paints. I can also sleep in the room the same night. It dries quite quickly so I can put on a decently thick coat. I've switched to a reasonably soft brush which gives me a better smooth finish.Working in warm weather means the paint dries on the brush quite quickly but the beauty is, I can rinse the brush and start again. If the paint in the tin gets too thick, I can water it down a tiny bit, depending on what I need. This paint was recommended by my professional painter who is doing my hall, stairs and landing.Easy to use, gives a nice thick coat (obviously depending on how thick you paint it) but I've had no runs, which is another hallmark of oil based paints.I have the white which gave me a good colour base for my white top coat on skirting and window sills. It's not cheap but getting a good quality paint is definitely worth it in the long run.
