Source Naturals Coenzymate B Complex - Orange Flavor That Melts in Mouth - B Vitamins - 120 Lozenges

After dealing with a lot of anxiety, a friend of mine who practices holistic medicine recommended this product to me. I was hesitant, because I wanted immediate relief. However, just like most treatment plans, you have to consistently use it to see a change. I took two per day, and about a month later, I noticed a gradual change. I didn't seem to have panic attacks as much, and I felt a lot happier. I stopped taking this product for a while because I thought I was feeling better and didn't like how long they took to dissolve (to get the full affect you have to let them dissolve rather than chew or swallow), and the taste didn't get better even after all the consistent use. I noticed immense mood changes (birth control and anxiety probably to blame), and just felt depressed. I started taking them again. After about a week of consistent use, I noticed I felt a lot happier and motivated. I definitely notice a change in my moods and anxiety. While there is no obvious change in the way I felt, or even relief if I was having anxiety, the overall performance of this product is very beneficial. I trust my friend, and while I hadn't wanted to take any medications for anxiety, I know the things she recommends are in the best interest of what I put into my body. They're kind of pricey, but in my opinion, they are worth it. Amazon also sells them for cheaper than the Source Naturals website so I recommend ordering here if you're gonna do more price researching ;)

I have tried a variety of B Complex supplements and these are the only ones that I have noticed immediate results from. The energy is not like a cup of coffee, but rather a calm energy and focus. I have to say, however, these took awhile for me to get use to. I almost thought I could not deal with the taste, but after awhile I adjusted and the taste really does not bother me now. This is a great product by Source Naturals. They make quality products and I have liked everything I have tried from this company. May 20, 2012 - Update...It's been a few years since my review so I just wanted give an update and say the sublingual Coenzymate B Complex is still my favorite in terms of quick results with energy level. I also really like "Adrenal Health" by Gaia Herbs to help with stress and energy as well as Magnesium Taurate by Cardiovascular Research (taken before bed). I find it really helps with relaxation and sleep. Happy Heath! November 7, 2015. - update..... I still think this is a great product if you can deal with the size and the taste - some people can and some can't. As i mentioned before it took me awhile to deal with the taste, but now they don't bother me as much. I have included some pictures on this update to show the actual size. They are big pills and take between 15 and 20 minutes to fully dissolve. It does quicken the process if you move it around with your tongue. These do makes a big difference in helping with focus, energy level and even anxiety. Coenzymated b vitimins are in the active form so they are ready to be absorbed quickly and you will notice a difference in your energy. If I am under more stress I take a sublingual methylcobalamin B12 with coenzymated B Complex. I forgot to mention that these can leave a orangish film on in your mouth right after allowing them to dissolve. More than once my kids have said, " what is that orange stuff on your teeth". If possible, allow time for the vitamins to absorb prior to rinsing your mouth and/or brushing your teeth.

I am surprised there are not more positive reviews on this product. I have tried numerous sublingual b complex tablets in the past year. Some more expensive than this one, some cheaper. None have come close to comparing to the results I get from this one. The flavor and size is just fine, exactly what I would expect from a quality sublingual. I take 3 per day. 2 in the morning with an Emergen C. And one late afternoon around 3pm. I feel an energy boost within 20 minutes. The tablets take about 15 minutes to completly dissolve. Do not rush this, give it time to absorb to see the wanted results. It will dissolve in less time if you drink a liquid while they are under your tongue. The tablets do leave an orange residue in your mouth and on your teeth for about 30 minutes. It is easy to rinse/brush away. Just do not smile while you have one in your mouth. Try and move the tablets to the opposite side of your tongue 2-3 times, to prevent any irritation. I failed to do this in the beginning and because I also use the GABA sublingual, I would up with a sore under my tongue. If you are considering purchasing these, I high encourage it. if used properly, I would be surprised if anyone did not feel an energy boost. As a side note, I see a difference in my hair and nails as well. I assume this is due to the biotin in this formula.

Source Naturals comes through again! Am loving this brand. MTHFR means my body burns through and wastes tons of the components that go to make neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine, acetylcholine, etc. But, I can't take the usual versions of B-vitamins. Activated (co-enzymated) versions of B-vitamins like this are essential for me. (YMMV) And so far, this one is the best I've found. I've tested this over the past 3 years, off and on. And every time I add this to my daily stack, it catapults me way ahead of any other day. Mood, energy, motivation, vision, everything that relies on those neurotransmitters is noticeably better. For me, I don't mind that it has a little folic acid instead of methylfolate. It's a little annoying, and goes against most advice for MTHFR people. But, the proof is in the pudding. Days are significantly better with this than without, for me. Again, YMMV. I can see how some might find the flavor a little off putting, but it's fine for me. It's a walk in the park compared to some other supplements I've tried over the years. 10/10 will keep buying this.

These taste truly awful!! Hard to chew, metallic taste and very little orange taste!!

Great form of vitamin B. I used to get recurrent cracks in the corner of my mouth, which i have now.. because i ran out, and whenever i take this, it immediately goes away as opposed to other forms of B. i actually like the taste of the orange.. compared to the peppermint.. not so great. the orange kind of tastes like vitamin C. the tablets are a bit large, but i usually take them while working out, so it actually takes my mind of my workout and gives a boost of energy! great brand, highly recommended. i will be a lifelong customer.

Taste is awful, sort of chemical with a weird aftertaste. So I won't be able to tell how effective they are because I just cant get past that taste. I regret not reading the reviews more carefully, I just wasted my money.

This stuff does it for me. regarding methylation, folate, B6, Methyl B12 for me this has had a definite positive impact on my energy levels and has cleared brain fog. Easy to let dissolve under tongue as the taste is not bad to me at all. Not like candy but flavor is good considering what it is delivering! I will definitely order again and purchased for my daughters also. Sublingual Co enzyme formula really makes a difference for me! I cannot offer proof but i believe the CO Enzyme formulation must be what really sets this apart.
