Our dog does like to chew on these doors. I am not sure what flavour they are, however it would be good if they could make them taste less nice to stop me having to replace them as they are literally eaten away. Possibly tastes like chicken??? Easy to fit as a replacement just by unscrewing a few bolts and then sandwiching the new door back into the door holder.

We had several cheaper cat flaps before this one. So I was pleased to see that you can replace the flap which had torn. It arrived promptly, was fairly inexpensive and I now have a fully functioning dog / cat flap again.

This is the 3rd time I have renewed the flap in over 10 yrs. so well supported product. Over the years, though, the mounting screws have become more and more difficult to undo cos of rust. It would be very useful if the screws where included with the flap. Otherwise a really good product.

Easy to install gave the door a new lease of life. Hold shut better as it’s straight and magnet therefore connects better. Great door and easy to replace the flap when needed. We have had 3 dogs since we had the door and 1 lived to over 17 and his brother 15 so it had a lot of wear. Only had 4 replacements in over 20 years.

This PetSafe original OEM replacement pet flap door was a perfect fit. The flap fit perfectly as well and does a great job restricting about 99% of airflow, which was important for me. The plastic material feels quite durable and well made. I have a wall entry, and it fit exactly as expected. Installation was quick and easy—remove the old flap and install the new one.
