Very minty. I wish they could come in 1mg and 0.5mg does. Great for giving up. Use patches if you want to get of the lozengers. It can be done.

Great cessation aid that helped me quit all together. When used with willpower and a reduction discipline this will be the thing to finally help you quit. I vaped for months prior gradually reducing nicotine amount and frequency. I felt the physical aspect of the addiction needed to be addressed first before finally going nicotine free as I didn't want to pile on the pounds by substitute the hand-to-mouth action with food. So I chose these-and they worked! I went from 2mg to 1mg after about 4 weeks and then after about a month of 1mg I dropped all nicotine with relative ease. It's important to note that these are a quitting aid and not a nicotine substitute, it is easily done to replace your cigarette habit with a long term lozenge habit if you don't have a plan in place so please be aware of this when you set out and have a goal in mind to quitting eventually.
