I bought these to give up vaping as I was as addicted to vapes as I was to cigarettes for 30 odd years before.This gum has really helped with the cravings.I have so far managed to stay off the vapes. Now I'm addicted to the gum but better than smoking and vaping for me so I'm happy!

This chewing gum works brilliant for me, combinating with the nicorette inhalator. I have given up smoking for three months. I was a heavy smoker (45-50 plus) a day. The constant thought of having something in your mouth was a constant battle for me... both these together have helped me to quit without the constant thought of smoking & eating. The flavour I love, admittedly the taste does not last as long as one would like however, you are left with the nicotine which is needed. I am glad I've found something that works for me.

Slightly rubbery chew compared to the other brands, wasn't a fan of the taste but makes a change from mint.

I’m a heavy vaper 24/7 and trying to stop as want to get healthy again. These gums helped a lot for the first day. Actualy took the urge to vape away. How ever, second day in with the 2mg Gum and it did absolutely nothing. It was just like chewing normal gum. The 2mg Gum will work if you’re a casual vaper 100%. But if you vape a lot like me the 2mg gum isn’t enough. I would recommend going to a 4mg first. Then gradually go down to a 2mg. I wish I never started vaping all together! Don’t do it to yourself! 😩

This is the gum that I find best for my needs. I havent smoked for well over a year and am now, I suppose, addicted to the gum. Actually I am now chewing some of the 4mg (1st thing in morning) but after lunch I then go onto the 2mg which is fine for me. So I suppose this is better than chewing 4mg all the time. It is wonderful to get it on the subscribe and save on Amazon, it means I get it at regular intervals and at a very good price.

Only bought from amazon as they were the cheapest place to buy from. Next day delivery, does what they're supposed to, don't taste the best but bung a piece under the tongue for a few hours and you're golden.
