Calming and Effective
Good size for lower back application. Heating pad retains heat for 30+ minutes. Thank you for including heating instructions tag on product because I have a tendency to add more time than necessary. Contents inside has a clean scent when heated. Who wants to smell like burned wood chips. Quality fabric and stitching—cotton print and a cozy flannel fleece side. Pad light and airy to the touch but has enough weight for application to back, shoulder, neck, stomach, etc.

Nice Heating Pad
This is a nice sized heating pad. It is large enough to target lower back and period cramp pain. It’s also small enough to travel with. It has a nice weight to it and heats up quickly. Very happy with this purchase!

Excellent replacement for gel pads
Very pleased with this heat pad. It's a huge improvement over skinny gel pads. Every gel pad I've ever owned lost what little volume it had originally. Gel pads, in my experience, tend to heat unevenly, are prone to developing leaks when microwaved, are scalding hot when you take them out but then lose heat over just a few minutes. This heat pad is the exact opposite in all respects: it heats very evenly; it's a very comfortable temperature when you take it out, and yet its high thermal capacity means it keeps pumping heat out for a looong time. The fabric looks and feel very nice. Good size, too; I'm using it for a pulled muscle on my back. And it's made by a US small business at a reasonable price. What's not to like?

Good
It does a good job at holding the heat. I bought it for my wisdom teeth removal surgery. It does hold the heat well. Unfortunately I thought the smell was unpleasant, my daughter thought it smelled fine. I got the unscented. I did have it directly on my face, I could not smell it otherwise. It seems well made and provided the relief I wanted.

Money well spent for effective heated pain relief!
I found this pad to be very effective when I needed serious muscle pain relief. I was experiencing muscle spasms in the upper and middle parts of my back, and the bigger size pad (18"x7") covered a good part of the surface area where I needed heat therapy. The softer fuzzy side was comfortable against my skin, and the pad held heat well when microwaved according to the directions. I would be interested in having an even bigger (wider) version of this pad, should the vendor choose to make that. I like that it is not electrical, therefore not requiring an outlet, which makes it usable anywhere. The natural fillers (cherry pits, organic flaxseed and other dried herbs) are not highly fragrant but pleasant if smelled up close. I highly recommend this pad for anyone needing heated pain relief.

The Only Heating Pad I Use
I have bought 4 of these microwave heating pads since 2021. Every one of them still looks new, they’ve held up after being heated MANY times and they work so well! I first ordered one of these when I was waiting to have major abdominal surgery. I did not want to be stuck by an outlet using an electric heating pad as many times as I was needing to use one. I tell everybody now that moist heat works MUCH better than an electric heating pad. The first one I bought was the small size and I used it more times than I can count. When I saw the large one with stitched rows, I bought one to use for my abdominal pain after egg retrievals. It helped me so much after my hysterectomy and now with my ovulation pain. I bought one for my mom to use on her neck and we both use them at minimum, 2-3 times a week! The small one is soft and squishy so it’s very versatile. The large one with stitched rows keeps the filling in place so it is great for larger areas like back and abdomen. Like I said, I have had and used the first one I got in 2021 more times than I can count, they are very durable. Absolutely worth it!!

OK to pretty good
It is OK to pretty good. I like that it is unscented. I would like the bag to be filled more fully (I am not talking about filling it to stuffed level). There was a lot of unused space in the bag.

Great for stiff neck
I ordered this to help with a stiff/tight neck and upper back which causes me headaches. I've been using it for over a year and it seems like it is new still. I use it at night and pretty much followed the directions. I sprinkling some water drops on one side and then microwave for 1:30 minutes and flip it and then again for 35 more seconds and it gets it to a good temperature to use in bed (on the side without the water, the water side does get pretty hot). The size it great, not too big but provides enough coverage for it to feel like it's doing a good job. Super easy to use! Kind of a smell, but not bad, kind of a natural smell. Would recommend for the price and how it's lasted.
