It really helps curb cravings for sugar. It doesn’t make them go away...but if you’re doing keto and you have a cheat week, this really helps keep the gut bacteria that cause carb/sugar cravings in check. I’ve also found that this helps with inflammation immensely (the main reason I bought it). It has been amazing combined with turmeric for keeping inflammation down. Both work well without the other, but together makes my rings fit consistently (no more massive inflammation days!) and keeps my ankles from swelling after long days.

This stuff is two steps up from what the doctor gives me, which may be undecynic acid. Even compares favorably to Syntol. I purchased this to combat candida yeast overgrowth and to improve intestinal health. I chose this particular product due to the high ratings and good success that other reviewers had experienced.I followed the directions faithfully and chose the option of two capsules at a time. Unfortunately, there was no change. I don't know whether the capsules were not dissolving in time to release the bacteria, or what. It has been as though I hadn't taken anything at all.
