Definitely watertight
I installed 2 AC units in December. We have had monsoon type rains and snow since. The wiring is of high quality copper (solid 10ga) and the tubing/seals have kept the moisture out of my connections. Easy to install and work with, even when cold.

As advertised, good quality all around. Plenty of wire length included. The twist-on end components work, but take a bit of effort to seat completely. Other end components exist that work differently and are simple to install.
