The volume button broke on our old one and this one works great!

After my 10 month old golden retriever treated my original remote control like I chew toy, I was in need of a replacement. This is the remote control to buy if you need a replacement remote control for your Samsung TV! There was nothing in the bag except for the remote, but that is all that is needed! Pairing instructions were found online and it was simple - hold two buttons down at the same time for about 5 seconds and we were in business! The product is made by Samsung, so the quality is the same as the original. It works like the original and has a few more buttons allowing for quick access directly to amazon prime, etc. Overall the product is worth the cost as opposed to a generic version that may or may not pair well with your television. Highly recommended!

If you need a replacement Samsung remote to turn on your tv, change the channel, and volume that’s about all this does. It’s very very slow, meaning when you click something you have to wait a second or two before the tv registers. It does not have good distance. It’s an infuriating remote since it’s a Samsung manufactured product that is a terrible replacement and expensive. Also the microphone button does nothing so you can no longer use that. Don’t buy this remote. Worst of all it’s now beyond the return window.

Dog chewed my remote and I bought this one to replace it. Works better than the original one I had. Definitely recommend.

It went and bought one from Walmart. Generic doesn’t work. Tried ordering one from Samsung. They didn’t have an ETA ordered it from Amazon came fast and it works.

It works just as I hoped it would. I wasted money on a cheaper brand. I love it.

The original Samsung remote control just works, unlike it's cheaper imitations.

I ordered this Samsung TV remote expecting an original product, but I am very disappointed. The remote does not work at all with my Samsung TV. The build quality also feels cheap compared to genuine Samsung remotes I’ve used before. Based on my experience, I don’t think this is an authentic Samsung product. Unfortunately, it has been a waste of money and time.

Have an 85 inch Samsung and 55 inch. The solar power remote died. I looked on here. Did my research. Saw a whole bunch of people bought a whole bunch of inferior remotes just to save money. One guy said he bought like four before he bought this one, and I bought this one and it literally put your batteries in And your TV will work perfect . This remote don’t cheap out otherwise you’ll be returning wasting your money and being frustrated. Spend the 50 bucks And sounded that when this comes to you, it is going to To work. I don’t leave many reviews, but this is TV by this remote exact quality from any Best Buy or any place you can buy a Samsung
