It's an excellent salt replacement, with a variety of flavors. I have had 2 heart attacks and needed to change my diet, this was an easy chance to make.

I ordered these because of my sodium being high. These three do have a different taste or add a different taste to your food.

Received the order next day. My husband was put on a low sodium diet. He spent 10 years as a cook so he's having fun redoing and creating recipes. While we have a cabinet of spices to choose from, having the 3 varieties of Mrs. Dash ready to use is a convenience

If you want a great salt substitute these are just that. They come in different flavors and I use them to flavor all my food. So many foods already come with lots of salt so I don't like adding more to get flavor. These give great flavor and no added salt. The flavors include onion and garlic so they add a lot to most foods. I even put then in sauces and casseroles and it really boosts the flavor.
