Comfortable and supportive …
I ordered these for my Shimano bike shoes which are great shoes but come with a very thin insole and not much of a heel cup. These insoles do a great job of supporting my feet and making them happy. They also were a perfect fit without trimming. Keen and Shimano .. both are very quality shoe people!

Better than the originals
The ONLY shoes I own are Keen. Street shoes and hiking boots. They are the only ones that give me enough toe room. They see heavy use and wear relatively quickly because of the dirty environment I use them in. These last as long as the originals and are a little more comfortable. Probably won't fit other than Keen, but I don't buy anything else anymore. Get the K20's. They are worth the added expense.

Get this
Best shoe inserts ever! Love these. Had just enough arch support to not hurt my feet. Pain was practically gone. Much thicker than the ones that came in my shoe.

K20 vs K10
I ordered the Keen K20 insoles to replace the original insoles in my Keen Targhee boots. I have size 10 boots and ordered the Medium K20 insoles and they fit perfectly no trimming. The K20's were too thick and made my boots too tight. I ended up ordering the thinner Keen K10 insoles.Nothing wrong with the K20's, they're just too thick for my boots.K20 (on the right) vs K10 (on the left) in the first picture.K20 (on the top) vs K10 (on the bottom) in the second picture.K20 (on the bottom) vs K10 (on the top) in the first picture.

Good support
I replaced the insoles of my work shoes with these insoles. I am about 200lbs, my job requires me to be on my feet for 12 hours 3-4 days per week. These insoles make a difference, very comfortable and made of good quality.

Very cushy - too cushy for me
I work on my feet all day on hard floors and I thought these would be perfect because they offer lots of cushion. If you want an insole that has lots of cushion, then these may be the right ones for you. For me, I have learned that lots of cushion does not mean happy feet. Because of the thickness, they only fit a few of my shoes. I tried them in an ECCO dress/casual slip on shoe, but they were too think and my foot would not fit. I tried them in my Keen Utility Oxford Work Shoes and it felt like I was standing in quicksand. My heels would sink in so far, it was hard to walk and made my feet hurt. Every step felt like walking in sand. Perhaps it was this combination of the Keen Utility Oxford Work Shoe with these insoles that was the issue. The shoes have a very soft sole which likely contributed to the sinking-in feeling.

Great refresh for my boots
I had a pair of keen hiking boots with steel toes that I used to use for a labor job, they hurt my feet like crazy but I remembered when I bought them they were super comfortable. Now I'm with the post office and I need to be able to stand up my case and case mail for several hours a day. After I got these they took a few days to form to my feet but now they feel great. I was worried I should have bought the more expensive ones for arch support since I have problems with that but I think as long as I don't let these wear out they'll be fine. They're also thicker than the original liners which I believe are k10s so if your boots are already tight they might not work right. You should leave plenty of room when you buy your boots for different socks so I had to loosen my laces a little bit after taking out the old pancake looking soles. They might be a little tight if I try to wear really thick socks but I might spend the money and buy a pair without the steel toes to wear in the really cold.

extra padding
I got this to replace the stock insoles in my Keens (I think those are K-10) and the improvement in comfort is noticeable. These are more cushiony and feel good. One downside is that it will make your fit more snug so if your shoes are tight these would not work well. If you have loose fitting shoes then it will help to fill them out and improve the level of comfort. The sizing was perfect, no trimming needed, it just slipped right in.
