BEST SKULLCANDY INK'D WIRELESS DUPE!
I've had these 2 months now. If you're looking for a Skullcandy Ink'd wireless headphones dupe. You've found it. Those were my go to for the last 15-20 years. If you're looking then you know it's discontinued and you can only find them for parts now. Boy do I have great news for you. Same sound quality as the ink'd though doesn't go as loud. Sound quality/bass and noise canceling and placement were my top priorities to mimic the ink'd. It's got all 4. I did get foam tips to get a good "seal" for noise canceling and that worked perfectly. The wires are a bit long but I used a tiny black rubber band to control the length on them. The buttons are on the right and honestly as a right hander (though ambidextrous) I prefer it. It charges fast, lasts for days and with easy Bluetooth hookup. It is a "C" charging port which is what everything should be these days. Were at that point in technology. They are very light weight. They don't hug your throat like the ends of the ink'd did for me when wearing a scarf. All in all I give these a huge yes to anyone who likes noise canceling and great bass in their headphones. I'm a commuter so noise canceling is a huge must same with no wires. Especially if you're looking for a substitute to the Ink'd wireless that's tried and true.

Great replacement for Skullcandy Ink'd Wireless headphones
I've been trying to find headphones to replace the Skullcandy Ink'd wireless headphones since they were discontinued. I used those for over a decade and I'm sad Skullcandy has discontinued them. I've tried a bunch of different headphones, but for a number of reasons I didn't like them. I've been using these TONEMAC N18 headphones for about 2 months now and they are a winner. I usualyl forget to write reviews but I'm so happy with these I want to, also in case anyone else is struggling to replace their Ink'd wireless. I'm going to do a TL;DR of pros and cons at the top with details below. Things I was looking for: TL;DR Pros: Neckband weight similar to Ink'd wireless, Cost is about the same, solid bass, controls are the same as ink'd wireless. Bonus pros: Super long battery life, USB-C charging. Can connect to two devices at a time. Cons: Like everyone said, cable length is long with no bands to adjust. Meckband is a little long (but I'm on the smaller side so these are probably perfect for someone bigger). Sometimes when I'm connected to two devices and I get a sound on the first one that connected, it doesn't switch to the second. Since I sometimes I Bluetooth turned on on up to four devices in a room at a time, it confused me at first. Easy to manage now that I know. Conclusion: I'm in love with these and so glad I found them. I look forward to many years with these headphones. ----------------------------------------------------- Neckband weight: I can't do the "true" wireless earbuds because 1) I'd lose them and 2) I'm allergic to nickel and have a reaction to them. So I need to have a neckband. Other headphones I've tried were either too light, so they slid off a lot, or they are pretty heavy (which I was kind of okay with if they worked well). These pretty much match the weight of the Ink'ed wireless. I will agree with other comments that the cables are a bit long and don't have that band that allows you to adjust the length. But honestly it's a small thing and can be fixed with a lightly tightened zip tie that is flush cut or something. I haven't done this yet. Cost: The Ink'd wireless were anywhere between $28 and $40. I had two pairs that I could switch on and off (mostly due to forgetting them or misplacing them). So every 3-5 years when an earbud died I'd purchase a new pair. At the time of this review I paid $26 for these. Bass: I don't need a lot of bass to be happy but I need a little, at least. Others I tried seemed to have zero or negative. Controls: I just need the basics. Volume up/down and one button for pause/play. You'd be surprised at a lack of controls. Also, one pair of headphones made you hold the plus/minus to change the volume. So it was impossible to adjust the volume slightly. Weird design choice. The tonemacs have the controls and behavior I want. Battery life: The advertised battery life is accurate on these. I've been superbly happy. I was fine with the 8 hours I was getting before but these are an improvement. Charging: Ideal but not needed was I wanted headphones with USB-C port for charging. It's getting more annoying to find micro-b cables. If you are thinking about buying these headphones, I seriously recommend them.

Sound quality is decent Great Battery life Missing the little things
I've been using these for a week. PROS: I bought this for the battery life and the usb-C charging. It turns on and bluetooth connects quickly. The ear rubber part that goes in your ear stays connected to the headphone really well. The "Power On" and "Connected" voice is a well spoken english. The sound quality is the just like others I have had, nothing special but pretty good. No complaints on call quality on either end. Loud background noise is not heard by the person on the other end of a phone call. The Bluetooth connected range is the same as other headphones I’ve had. NITPICKING: These headphones do not tell you how much battery life is left when it turns on nor does it display battery life in the top status bar on my up to date iPhone. The controls are on your right hand side. The 2 controller/battery compartments are 3 inches long. It feels a little cumbersome but it's a trade off for the long battery life. Occasionally the volume up and down rocker switch does not work. The On/Off switch is above the up/down volume rocker switch.

Price to performance ratio: 95/100
price to performance ratio: 95/100 sound, battery and functionality are great, fits in the ear good. its $30 and you get $30 worth of quality. If you treat them nice, they will last you 2-5 years. If you treat them rough, they will last you 1-2 years. issues: earwax can get stuck on the mesh covering the speakers and is annoying to remove without damaging the mesh the part where the thick neckband wire connects to the battery and control plastic can pop out after 1 year of everyday heavy use + a decent tug. a metal rod holds it in place so its basically impossible to put it back in. The earbuds will work fine even with that dislodged but its just a question of when another hard tug pulls out more. leaving one earbud dangling and letting it hit things and stick to metal for a prolonged time can cause it to permanently give off a faint high pitched static from the speaker getting misaligned.

NEW FAVORITE - JUST BOUGHT BACKUP PAIR!
For the last few years, I've been using a model of headphones called "N10." I have no idea if they were from the same company, but since mine were discontinued, "N18" seemed like the closest match. I really LOVED the N10s. I probably bought 10 of them, but not because they broke. I lost a few pairs, and I was constantly losing the little rubber ear pieces, so I'd order another pair of headphones just so I could poach the little bag of rubber ear parts. My favorite things about the N10s were that they were light, comfortable, and I could take them out of my ear and they would hang around my neck. I almost always have headphones on when I'm not working, and i hated earbuds because I'd have to keep putting them in and pulling them out of my pocket. The biggest thing I loved though, was that I could connect to 2 different devices and swap seamlessly between them. If I'm watching a video on my tablet and my phone rings, it pauses the video and switches the headphones to my phone automatically. I don't know why that is such a hard feature to find, especially these days, but I've had difficulty finding replacement headphones with this feature since the N10s were discontinued. So, long story (not so) short, I was on the hunt for similar replacement headphones because mine were discontinued, and "N18" looked like the closest option. For the record, I didn't want new headphones. I wanted MY headphones. I resented all other headphones, but begrudgingly ordered these because they seemed the closest, and another reviewer mentioned they can connect to multiple devices, which is a feature stickler for me. The headphones arrived quickly. I gazed longingly at my old headphones that were now falling out of my ears because all the rubber pieces disappeared into the ether. I said I was sorry, that I didn't want to move on, but they were no longer the headphones they were when we first met. I didn't really want to like my new headphones. It felt like I was betraying the headphones I had loved for so many years. I got over it pretty quick though! THESE ARE THE BEST HEADPHONES! I'm not an audiophile, but for my purposes these are perfect. I love them so much I bought a backup pair so I never have to be without when they're charging for a couple hours. PROS: - Connect to multiple devices and switch seamlessly. If you're watching a video on your your tablet and the phone rings, the headphones pause the video, switch to the phone when it rings, and switches back automatically after you hang up or decline the call - LONG BATTERY LIFE! I get about 2 straight days of heavy use before I have to recharge - Quick charge in about an hour - WATERPROOF! This is now a feature I can't live without. With my previous headphones, I'd have to turn them off and grab a shower speaker if I wanted to keep listening to videos/music while showering - Strong magnets keep the earbuds together like a necklace when not in your ears. I didn't realize how valuable this was until I went a few weeks without losing any rubber pieces. The magnets on my old version were weak, so the rubber was constantly getting catching on things and getting pulled off and lost. I still have all the original parts! Trust me, that's incredible. - Comfortable! I just leave them in and fall asleep. I can't even feel them, and they are still stuck in my ears in the morning. This is important to me. Before, I was switching to a headband headphones at night for comfort. The problem with the headband is that it tends to get knocked off my head at some point during sleep. I'm a heavy sleeper, and need to set alarms on my phone AND tablet. The alarm from my tablet only comes through the headphones, so if they're knocked off my head I won't hear it at all. I haven't missed a single alarm sleeping in these. - Great sound quality for video, music, and phone calls CONS: - I'm still trying to find one These are affordable, versatile, comfortable, and have a long battery life. For the price point, you really can't go wrong!

Long battery life
I bought this pair because the Sony WI-XB400 wireless behind the neck headphones I’ve been using for the last several years and have been discontinued and no long available in the $29 price range. These looked similar but the are very different. On the positive, they have a very long battery life so if you’re using it only a couple of hours a day you can go several days to a week before needing to charge. If you use them all day they will last the entire time. Honestly, the battery is the single reason I’m not returning them. It will be handy having a pair that you don’t need to worry about dying on a long road/plane trip. The magnets on the earbuds are very strong. I’ve had the magnets stick to various objects around the house when multi-tasking with an earbud out. The sound quality is ok, my Sony headphones are better, I mainly use my headphones to list to audiobooks and use my headphones the majority of the day, but I have listened to music with these are just ok. If you’re wanting great music quality I would recommend getting something else but for the price the sound quality is about as you would expect. The background noise reduction is not very good. The headphones are bulky and heavy at first I really hated they way the felt on my neck but I got used to it after an hour or so. They do seem balanced so if your riding a bike or running they will probably be ok. If your moving around a lot and changing positions say with weights or something they might drive you nuts by moving around on your neck. The range of connectivity from your device is decent, unless there’s a lot of other wireless connections going on in the house. In my opinion the battery is what makes this pair worthwhile but they’ll be my secondary pair.

Use almost every day
Had it, lost it, replaced!! Love this. Good sound. Fits in my small ear canals. Use it at work, so it’s easy to just pull out when someone comes up to me. Also - it muffles sounds when I have them in and I’m not listening to anything. Long charging life. Easy to use.

Great quality and price.
I really like these earbuds! They hold a great charge and the buttons are responsive. I originally bought a pair for my spouse, then needed to barrow them one day. Needless to say I bought my own pair! These work just as well if not better than some of those big name brands! I am not a fan of wireless buds beacuse I am a mom with little kids and I am always running around and loose single bud. I love the magnet to keep them together and the textured backs keep them together if they are lightly bumped which is a great touch. They are comfortable around the neck, I only wish they came with different size bud covers. I have smaller ears and while they are not uncomfortable, I would prefer them to be a bit smaller and they would be perfect! Overally great quality and well worth it!
