Excellent product! What I really liked about this product was it had an excellent build design. It fits all sizes and it's engineered to be able to do that seamlessly. The helmet feels solid and well made. The hearing protection is effective without being uncomfortable even after long use. The adjustment system is simple and reliable. It stays secure while climbing or working overhead. Customer service was outstanding. They followed up to make sure I received the order and that everything was in good shape. They also answered questions quickly and professionally. This is a five-star product for anyone who needs dependable safety gear on the job. I would absolutely recommend it to other arborists or anyone doing tree work. It is clear they put thought into both the design and the support behind it.

What a great helmet! The fit is very comfortable, with easy head size and earmuff position adjustments. The ability to easily switch the mesh and polycarbonate visors was important to me. An added bonus, particularly for the polycarbonate visor, is having the option to adjust the distance of the visor from your face — you have your choice of 3 positions. Which ever visor you have attached, it is easy to flip it up out of the way. Same with the earmuffs— they can be rotated to the back of the helmet when not needed. All the connections are robust and seem like they will be very durable. NOTE: I must make special note of the amazing customer service that stands behind this company. I had a small issue with my helmet, which was delivered overnight on a Sunday. I immediately messaged NoCry, expecting to maybe get a response on Monday. I checked my email on Monday and saw I had received a response on Sunday! NoCry was concerned about the small defect and really cared about my safety. They also wanted to make sure this was an isolated incident. They sent out a new helmet immediately. Do not hesitate to purchase from this company! They truly make a great product and provide first-class customer service.

I never expected to be so totally pleased by this purchase. I have used it with a gas chainsaw, a battery operated pole saw, hedge trimmer, and weedeater. It is very light weight and inner aeration works so efficiently that even when working in the sun I never felt hot. In the back of the hard hat, a tightening dial knob enables absolute control on safely setting the helmet on one's head. After tightening, it will not get loose, will faithfully follow every head's movement. It is comfortable at all times and very easy to remove. Compared to 3 different sound protection devices [all ear muffs] I have used before, this one is by far the best. I used it with a gas powered chainsaw and was amazed by the comfort level and how it blotted off the sound. Actually, one ought to be aware of the ear muffs superior efficiency over previous systems: the wearer will definitely be oblivious to the presence of anyone out of sight behind or beside him/her. Potential helpers or bystanders ought to be warned beforehand. I haven't yet used the metal mesh visor, only the polycarbonate one. For obvious safety reasons, I prefer wearing my glasses when using my chainsaw. That was a huge hassle with wearing safety goggles; I also had to stop frequently to wipe off the fog on the goggles. With this visor, I wore my glasses without any hindrance, and the visor never fogged up. I worked and worked without interruption. Moreover, the polycarbonate visor is so transparent that I would even forget it was there... and caught myself at trying to scratch my nose! I am convinced that the difference between goggles and this visor adds greatly to my safety. This safety helmet is the kind of item that makes one wonders "how could have I done for so long without it?" I purchased one, as a 2022 Christmas gift, for one of my sons in law who lives in the country.

I was surprised at the cost of this forestry helmet after researching similar helmets. This one is by far the most economical I found for the cost. I do not do enough tree work to warrant hundreds of dollars on something like this. I bought it mainly for the mesh face shield. Here is my take on it so far: 1. The ear muffs are not all that great. They are adjustable. They do block the loud sounds from the chainsaw, however, they are not the quality one needs for full ear protection while using power equipment. 4-Stars for this alone. 2. The mesh shield worked out perfectly. I wear prescription glasses and it does a great job of protecting the face. It also keeps saw dust from hitting your collar and going down the front of your shirt. 3. It has a manually adjustable band on the inside of the helmet to make it fit your head perfectly. 4. The helmet is adequate when small limbs or smaller branches happen to strike it when falling. 5. In extreme cold weather, your breathing will cause ice to form on the mesh face guard with heavy breathing. It is not a deal breaker and melts off quickly when in a warmer environment. This is not a professional forestry helmet. If you are looking for something to protect you for home projects and not break the bank, then get this. If you need something more professional, get ready to spend some money.

I was impressed with the quality of the unit. Helmet, hearing protection, clear visor and mesh visor. I wore the helmet for hours working and it was never uncomfortable. This purchase was a great value.

Works great. Ideal for all grass cutting tools. Shields face and eyes from all debris.

I like that it has an adjustable head band dial so you can get a proper fit. Also comes with screen and clear visor. Ear muffs are comfortable and fit over metal eyeglasses with out messing up the frames and gives a tight seal for noise protection. I will be recommend them and would buy again.

For the weekend user who runs a saw a few days per year for firewood and yard work, this is perfect, will last a long time, good noise protection and screen worrks good for sawdust.

I use it as a professional Hydrovac Operator. Blasting earth with water pressure of up to 3000psi can send a ton of debris flying your way...trust me I learned the hard way. I have not tried the plastic face shield (nor will I, as I do not like solid face shields for my work), but the face screen is perfect for what I do. The adjustable ear protection muffles the intense sound of my Truck, without completely deafening me. I can still hear other sounds around me, which is perfect for maintaining auditory sense awareness of my surroundings...a good thing in busy and dangerous construction yards. The plastic for the helmet itself feels a little flimsy, but is ANSI approved. The adjustable strap is completely adjustable and the overall comfort of the set is impressive. Not heavy or cumbersome. Great Product. I'm glad I bought it. UPDATE: The 'rachets' which control the height setting of the face shield are made of cheaper plastic. They wear quite quickly causing the mask to fall in front of your face. Quite annoying when I didn't want it down. I replaced the helmet after 1 year of use. Not horrible, but not great either.
