There’s not too many days that this doesn’t get used. It’s awesome. I like to be old and gimpy, so when I have a pain- this is my first resort. Honestly, come to think about it…. I haven’t had to take ibuprofen as much. I used to take it almost every day. I initially got this red light for my lower back. There are 4 settings, low to high. At first I wish I would w bought one that had the different patters of pulsing lights, but this does the job and does it well. I’d strap it around my waist and lounge on the sofa for 20 minutes with it on high. And I’m not kidding- 9 out of 10 times the pain would be half. I’ve also paired it with castor oil. I’ve used it on the back of my neck, my ankle, my shoulder…. And the price is definitely worth it.

This product has multiple settings for light intensity, time, and heat, and straps easily around my waist and has a handy pocket for a power source, so I can move around and not be stuck plugged into the wall outlet. Best of all, after about 20-25 minutes, my back feels great and I can move without pain. My husband uses this to wrap his shoulder for a torn muscle. Really great therapy tool!
