This is the best stepladder I’ve ever owned! It stores easily, is very sturdy, and allows me to reach higher and access my upper cabinets with ease. I don’t feel like I’m going to fall over or that the ladder is going to collapse. Excellent purchase!

I returned this ladder once but ended up repurchasing it. The ladder requires some assembly (attaching the top rail/tool tray to the steps) fitting a smaller tube inside of a larger tube, and the result is that the top rail is somewhat wobbly even when the bolts holding the top rail to the steps are tightened all the way. The amount of overlap between the top rail tube and the step frame tube is not enough to prevent the top rail from moving back and forth when assembled. With the first one I bought I thought that this might have been a manufacturing issue (there was also a blemish in the finish on the frame) so I returned it and bought a second one thinking that another one might not have this issue. As it turns out, the replacement ladder rail was only marginally better. I ended up having to fashion two wooden dowels to insert into the tubes on both the top rail and the step frame in order to extend the overlap, and also used masking tape around the outside of the smaller top rail tube to increase the diameter of the tube so that when it was inserted into the bottom step frame tube it would fit snugly. It took a couple of hours to make the dowels and modify the tubes without making a permanent change (in case I needed to return it). This seems to be a design issue with many of the ladders that come disassembled for shipping purposes. (e.g. HBTower Step Ladder, Folding Step Stool has the same problem). The end result is the ladder now feels very stable, it's lightweight, and very convenient. However, because of the design issue with the top rail, I feel I can only give it four stars.

Feels secure and stable. Folds easily for storage. Handy tray for landing items plus cut outs make tools accessible and safer than in my pockets. I use a dot of garage door oil on all the pivot points and it moves very smoothly. Floors are safe from scratches too.

Unit is very stable and is reasonably lightweight. Makes changing bulbs, Fire alarm batteries and reaching normal ceiling heights stable and easy.

Very nice step ladder at a good cost. Very sturdy and easy to store.

I am a senior citizen and live in an apartment with high ceilings. This is a sturdy ladder with wide steps and stable hand grip at top and top work tray. Gives me the security feeling I need in a ladder.

Perfect ladder for home use. Not too large to store, very sturdy, tucks between fridge and wall easily, lots of home uses. Client loved it.
