Easy set-up, once I set the times to dispense on the app, I do not really need to touch it. I've only hade it for a couple weeks, works great and my cat is way more regulated with eating which helps both of us. My cats good is pretty tiny so the 1 serving is perfect, about 1/8 of a cup.My cat does not try to open or click buttons, that's just his natute. Not sure how this would hold up against a unruly cat trying to break in but holds well for my cat - no spills or tip over.

We bought this to feed two stray cats that come to our house to eat (not our cats). We live in Hawaii on the island of Oahu and are vacationing in Thailand. We are able to see when the cats show up through watching on our security cameras and then order food using the app. We think it is a pretty strong recomendation that we are able to feed cats in Hawaii from our condo in Thailand. We did not have any issues with setting up the feeder and have not had any issues at all. This turned out to be a great purchase.

I was looking forward to getting this feeder. Unfortunately when I received it the directions were basically useless on how to set it up. Once I got it all put together it wouldn’t even turn on. I tried everything I could to troubleshoot but had no luck. Moral of the story: spend the extra money and get the name brand feeder.

I loved, loved that this product came with a mat & a portable feeder for the price i payed. It was a great deal. The portable feeder is one of those portable products you can take with you on walks with your dog or even take it with you when you take your cat for a trip to the vet. The feeder was quite easy to put together. However, connecting it to my phone was complicated. I had to reset my Bluetooth & the Feeder twice. Once it finally connected, it worked great. 2 days later I noticed the feeder didn't seem to feed my cat's lunchtime meal so i went to check it and had to move the food around a bit for the feeder to release the food. Currently it is working fine. I also like that you can control the portions on your phone via the "Smart Life" app.So overall it's a 4/5 for me simply because of the connectivity issues & that it skipped a meal once. Great product overall.

We have a feral cat that won't let us come near and lives in a field on our property. Although it is not recommended to use this feeder outside, we placed the feeder in a covered carport. We also have a security camera so we can see what is happening at the feeder. We are able to feed our feral cat remotely when we are out of town. Yes, we get racoons and opossums at the feeder, but they are only able to eat any leftover food in the bowl and have not been able to open the feeder. We did have to strap the feeder between two concrete blocks, so the wild animals would not be able to tip the feeder over. So pleased to be able to feed our feral cat and not have to hire someone to put food out for us. This WiFi feeder has paid for itself. Great product for our needs!UPDATE: The raccoons have figured out how to reach up the chute and dispense a portion at a time. They fed themselves 30 portions last night. I am not exaggerating!2nd UPDATE: When we returned home we set the lock button. The raccoons continued to reach up the chute but are not able to get any food.Problem solved!

This is actually a really good auto feeder for maybe someone who only has 1 cat or 1 dog. I purchased this for my ragdoll cat since I had to start going back to the office more often. This auto feeder uses the Smart Life app for the iphone and it is pretty easy to use! You can customize the feeding times almost instantly. However it is in military time, so keep that in mind. I did record my voice and the feeder used my recording every time a scheduled feeding went off. I like that there are portion sizes from 1 to 12. It does a surprisingly good job keeping the dry food quite fresh.But unfortunately I had to return it because I have another cat that always steals my ragdoll's food... She instantly comes when the feeder goes off and eats everything before my ragdoll comes to eat anything!!

This is definitely for small animals only. IE; if you have a dog or cat that gets more than 1 cup of food at a time, this is not the right feeder for you. It is fine for multiple small animals, ONLY if they are grazers.The selling points of this are;raises up for better eating / digestionstainless steel bowl (plastic ones are bad for animals)dual plug in and battery operation (in case of power outage)The less positives are;you cannot customize the size of a "portion". You can elect more than 1 portion, but you cannot customize. Their portion sizes are set.There is no camera function that many other machines have now.No app notification that the food is getting low in the bin. So you just have to check it periodically.While you can drop food from the app, it would be a WHOLE portion vs just a few pieces (this would be a nice feature to sometimes just check that the machine is properly functioning).HOWEVER, for the price point, it is a good purchase. You can get all the above options with a machine 2-3x as expensive. This was fine for my needs.

It’s made really nice. It had many different size feet for different size pets. The food dispensing was hard to figure out and how many feedings to do and it’s army time but once I got it set up the way it works for us it’s great. I don’t use the pan bowl that comes with it because it was too big for my cat who needs the whole pm full for food or she thinks it’s empty. But you can just place your own under neath the dispenser. Haven’t recorded my voice yet. Works great with the app from my phone.

Funktioniert einwandfrei!Meine Katzen haben jetzt immer etwas im Napf.Und wir können auch mal ein Wochenendtrip machen ohne jemanden zu belästigen unsere Katzen zu füttern.

Fantastic. Wasn't too sure on how to get it connected to Internet but got there in the end. Comes with instructions so worth reading.Not mastered how to connect to alexa yet tho.Love the fact I can feed my cats where ever I am.

Jetzt nach längerem testen sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Automat. Ist ganz einfach über die App zu steuern auch wenn man nicht zuhause ist.

O like the design off product and the simplicity off APP. O don t like the minimum amount that the machine dispenser

The dispenser works great just need to pay attention when it is close to the end cause start to do not give the exactly amount of food. So if you keep it always above 1/3 with food then it works greatly.
