Good size. This was the type I was looking for. Used this type as a kid. My grandma and mom both had one. Works well. Nice product. It isn't heavy and cleans easily.

Well made and thoughtfully designed. A great deal for the money.

Lasted a year. Kids eat a lot of ice cream so it had a lot of use. It is cheaply made and the head, like others have reported, simply fell off due to the cheap weld and cheap material. Some small stainless steel screws may be able to fix this. I have only ever hand washed it so no rust problems. Also like others have said it is hollow so its hard to clean the inside when the kids just dump it in the sink and I find it later. I had no problem scooping ice cream. Because it's cheap, worked, and doesn't blister leaving who knows what in my kids ice cream, and for 10.00 I am buying again. I've spent 10 bucks on a lot worse things. **UPDATE** Lasted a year and I rated product a 3 as the head fell off. It's still a great product, just may have some minor flaws that need addressed such as the spot welds. Maybe switch connection to stainless steel screws. I like it so much I did buy another because well I have spent 10.00 on a lot worse things. Customer service kicked in and refunded the purchase cost. Excellent service and stand by their business! So it's as if I never bought the replacement. Product still needs work but I truly appreciate the great customer service!

My kids use this and so does my grandma and they all love it.

It’s a great scooper in the short term. After a year or so, the head falls off.

Good luck keeping this scoop clean, much less shiny… Doesn’t push ice cream or Sherbet well at all! And finally, you should all know they offered me a full refund, with return of the product. But after their initial statement it felt like a bribe… (IMO) Draw your own conclusions. Do you really want a scoop that will force you to spend more energy keeping it from tarnishing than scooping ice cream … (which you’ll need to let soften for a couple minutes so it will properly drop out of the scoop… ) SMH I don’t think so… but it’s completely up to you in the end.

I bought this ice cream scoop because I'm getting so tired of using regular spoons. The scooper seems very strong and durable and it's very easy to use. The best thing I like about it is the little trigger release. It does a great job of dropping off the ice cream.
