The Luck Of The Irish Starts With OtterBox!
While visiting Blarney Castle (yes, THAT Blarney Castle!) there was no question I was gonna kiss that stone. Of course the signage and the staff are very clear about securing items that might fall given the awkward position you need to be in to complete the job.At the pivotal moment, the Velcro flap on my vest let go and my iPhone 14 Pro tumbled the full height from the top of the castle to the ground below. While I have always had full confidence in OtterBox, I figured even this would be a challenge.After finishing the job, acquiring the photo evidence, and descending back down to the ground I found a very kind person who had watched the whole thing from the ground. She waited until I got there and verified I had lost my phone, then pointed to the spot where it had landed.Admittedly the surface below is lush Irish grass but that was still a height of 85 feet (26 meters). I retrieved my phone and…not a scratch. Powered right back on as if nothing had happened!OtterBox not only protected my phone, but saved the chance to keep capturing photo memories for the rest of our trip! And that’s no Blarney!!!!

Otterbox makes great quality products. After spending way too much money on inferior non-name brand phone cases (that had a weird feel from the material after just a little use), I found this otterbox case. Hurrah! It protects my phone and the material of the case still feels good after much use. I recommend this Otterbox case! And it was so affordable!

Protects phone well, just a bit slippery surface in hands
I like many aspects of the case, however, it is a little too slippery for my preference, thus causing me to drop it a few times, the last time, having the bottom corner break off.. it has protected the phone from damage. I went to file a warranty claim for the case, but by the time I pay the shipping charge for free replacement, and not even get to receive the color I want, I just ordered a new one for a bit more $, to have what I want and to receive it faster.
