Work Exceptionally Well With MDP products
Timely delivery, quality product. I do not recommend applying it directly to the skin, but it is exceptionally good to hold/reinforce MDP (men's drip product) in place. Just wrap it around the outside of the MDP product as tight or loose as comfortable. The strap is re-usable, washable, and orders come with several backups in the packet. MDP is an exceptional product but their quality (fasteners) have recently had issues. I think they may have cut costs by reducing the quality of the fasteners or reduce quality control staff. This provides the best of both products. I recommend you try a 30-count box of MDP and an order of DiaBelt. Great combo/not expensive. Both, in spite of some recent issues, are top of the line for men.

Works great
I highly recommend this product for its prompt delivery and superior quality. However, direct skin application is not advised; rather, use it to support and stabilize Men's Drip Product (MDP) by wrapping it securely around the exterior. The strap's reusability, washability, and included backups add value. Although MDP excels, recent fastener quality issues suggest potential cost reduction or quality control compromises. Pairing DiaBelt with MDP yields excellent results. Consider combining a 30-count MDP box with DiaBelt for a top-notch, budget-friendly option.

Does not work
urinary incontinence this product does not help me whatsoever. I have used it for three days with no benefits at all. No matter how tight i make it . I believe its because every other product I have tried has a hard section beneath the penis which applies pressure to the Urinary tube, this does not.

Only worth one time use if that!
They do not completely stay dry and definitely are not leak proof. Once used, impossible to return to original smooth surface.

Didn't work with external catheter
We thought this would help hold external catheter in place, but it didn't work for us.

Fantastic! Why didn’t I think of these!
These are fantastic for keeping condom caths in place! Plus the are machine washable and you can use them over and over!

ANY of the straps that come with the condom catheter from anywhere are useless! I ordered 1 each 25mm through 35mm and found the best size condom for me-(small <-> extra Large) from aliexpress (because Amazon will only sell you minimum 25). Also order the special Skin Tac Liquid Adhesive. I then ordered my size condom from amazon along with 3 or 4 collection bags which come with hoses and leg clamps. We had a ~5 hour return drive to the hospital, and after treatments there is no way you can hold it that long. Sitting in a car/bus/train with soaked "depends" is not my idea of fun.

Je trouve ce produit utile pour moi, c'est pas évident parfois mais faut faire avec. C'est mieux d'en avoir que de s'en passer.
