Q: Does auto unlock work with multiple users?

Yes it will work for the owners of the home but only on one lock. So we recommend that you have Auto-Unlock enabled on the door that you use the most for entering your home. Auto-Lock will work regardless of who is leaving and will work on all doors - its an optional setting. Hope that helps!

Q: Is this compatible with the Ring app? I saw a comment from a couple of days ago saying it doesnt

Hi! Our Yale Assure Lock 2 with Z-Wave is compatible with the Ring Alarm. But a Ring Alarm is required. This lock, the Yale Assure Lock 2 with Wi-Fi is not currently compatible with Ring.

Q: Can I set auto re-lock time shorter than 30 sec? For example, 5 sec or immediately?

The shortest amount of time you can set auto-lock is 10 seconds in the Yale Access app.
