I used this guava paste to put into my Rosca de Reyes (Kings' Cake) for Epiphany this year. It has a tart and fruity flavor profile, and is a perfect complement to the sweet dough of the rosca. It comes in a firm block, but able to be sliced easily. I cut the block into "sticks" and placed them on the rolled out dough, then rolled it all up like a log, then shaped the "crown". The result was a delightful taste surprise when eating the cake! I will order this again next year!

This is a great product and a really great price when it's on sale also. I use it to make quava pastry. I prefer to refrigerate it before you just so it's a bit firmer but the taste is great.
