These are the best. So the product is great unfortunately the box was in a bag that naturally gets thrown around and when I opened it the box was burst open and all sorts of loose staples &c. So the packaging was intellectually disabled.

Brings me right back (with one issue)
Full confession: I don't even need a stapler. But I happened to see these (and the accompanying desk stapler) and had to buy them both immediately. It took me right back to elementary school in the 70's. All the teachers had these, but they didn't sell them in local stores, so I naturally thought they were restricted to teachers only. They never jammed (EVER), they always stapled perfectly, unlike the junk I had to settle for at home. (When I was a kid we had to staple everything).Being able to use the teacher's crown stapler was a privilege. I always wanted one, but never got one. Until today!!Now, about that one issue: They REALLY need to start shrink-wrapping the box. All of the staple rows were out of it by the time it arrived. Fortunately the box was undamaged, and so were the staples, and I was able to get them all back in. But I'm a lot luckier than a lot of people here, judging by the reviews and pictures. So for that, you lose a point. It would be nothing for the company to fix this. At least put tape at both ends or something. We're not asking a lot.Anyway, it was a delightful trip down memory lane and now I finally have a stapler the performs REALLY well and doesn't jam thanks to this unique design. And I finally get to be like the teacher!!

These staples fit an old Bostitch stapler and your product fits. Sometimes its hard to get a match. And your shipping department was spot on. I've had sellers ship in the cardboard like envelope and the staples inside slide out of the box(es) and get broken into small pieces that are unusable. So good job on the shipment packaging
