Otherwise I would provide a photo with my review. I am notorious at biting my nails and grinding my teeth thus creating a ragged grill. In addition, I had a crown in my front big tooth which recently re-chipped because of said nail biting. I decided to give the files a try. At first upon opening I was skeptical of their flimsy material but much to my surprise, the flimsiness made them better. Not only was I able to make flush the bottom of my two primary front teeth but was also able to slightly round the corners because of the ability to bend the file. This literally took about 3 minutes and my teeth look really good. Even better than they did before I re-chipped the crown. You have 3 choices to choose from and I chose medium. If you’re trying to reach teeth farther back in your mouth then you might have some issues. But front teeth are a go.

Theses strips are very thin and easy to use. It’s not at all painful. They fit between my overlapping teeth. bothersome. My dentistoffice uses something similar during the teeth straightening process.,

I'd give it 10 stars if I could.Pro tip, the edges of the file are really sharp, put it in your mouth carefully, you can easily cut your mouth or gums if you're not careful.

They do not fit between teeth. Also, it made my teeth feel rough.
