ITO ENMatcha Green Tea, Traditional, Tea Bags (20 Count)

My go to drink for energy. I drink it over coffee any day. Good quality good flavor. Just don’t steep it too long or it will get bitter.

This tea is excellent! It is my favorite.

I bought this matcha to keep me over until my powdered matcha was back in stock. These tea bags are nicely packaged for freshness and the tea is of good quality. I would use one tea bag in a large jar (you can use a rubber band to hold the tea string around the mouth of the jar), then I would pour in spring water to fill the jar. The tea will brew in the jar, and as you use the tea, replenish the water to the top. You can literally get half a gallon of good brewed tea out of one tea bag! I do this at room temperature, not hot or cold.

I have tried many green teas; this one tastes better than most others. I like the bags and the packaging as well. They are sturdy so easy to travel with if you want to throw it in your bag.

I had purchased Ito En green tea from Costco and it was so good that I wanted to try the Jasmine by Ito En. I am disappointed. I LOVE Jasmine, but this tea is more like green tea than Jasmine flavored. 🫤
