Works great but follow the instructions!!!
A great piece of hardware, it is solid constructed, and designed in a simple straight manner! Don’t like the fact the drives stick out so much and make you feel unsafe around them, but works fast and direct copying was a matter of reading the manual one time! It’s great for the price, and easy to use, one just need to pay attention on where to place them on the desk as a fall could be fatal! It’s fast to duplicate hard drives and ssd’s, but not faster than some high speed connections on new computers/laptops!!! Keep that in mind and don’t blame the product!! It is the nature of the beast, that’s all. Not recommended if you own pets, or have small humans living with you!!! Overall, happy with the product and the fast shipping! Recommended seller!! I hope this helps you to make an educated decision! Let me know!

Money well spent!!
So far, so good. No complaints whatsoever. Simple to use, not overly bulky. I didn't buy this to clone HDDs so I haven't used that function just yet, if at all but as a reader, it's working perfectly fine; fast, stable, a bit loud in vibration when the HDD is spinning but I solved that by putting it on a sponge, anything to absorb sound will do the trick. I just might purchase another.

Simple Dual-Bay Dock — Does Exactly What It’s Meant To Do
This docking station gets the job done. It recognizes drives quickly, works with both 2.5” and 3.5” HDDs and SSDs, and has been reliable for basic tasks like data access and transfers. No extra bells and whistles, but it works as expected. If you need a simple, functional drive dock, this is a solid option.

Storage Dock
i dont use this for cloning like it's intended; i use this for a storage dock. it plugs into my computer easily and gives me extra storage without having to use individual ports for each SSD, which is nice. i have a mini pc so adding storage isnt always an option.

Excellent
Excellent product. Easy to set up (less than 5 minutes), just be sure to read the comprehensive instruction booklet. I use Linux, Mac, and Windows; the unit works on all three platforms without incident. I recommend this product.

Does what it says, but not how it says.
I got this primarily for cloning harddrives. Large drives. The instruction book is rubbish. It lists the process very wrong. Its close enough that if you are slightly capable you'll figure it out, but even if you've done it before you'll sit there going "Am I sure I did that right?" There are included "mounting" screws, but I am not sure what design they were given for hard drive screw placements. But.. They locked into place pretty tight, and transferred 14 terra in roughly 16 hours. So it did what its advertised to do.
