Swanson White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast with Rib Meat in Water, 4.5 oz. (Pack of 4)

This canned white meat chicken is very good to make chicken salad It has a great taste you can make so many different things with it. It a good value for your money.

I had tasted the lemon chicken found the larger chunks of chicken to be more tender and flavorful than the other brand I buy. When I purchased that flavor, I did not see any other flavor options available but recently saw that there are a bunch so I ordered this bbq version to try. The other pouch is very liquidy and makes for a very wet sandwich. This is way different. It is very flavorful but not overloaded with sauce and the chicken chunks are much larger. I'll be adding this to my regular shopping list. Even at the higher cost it's totally worth it. I used the lemon pepper version on salads. This one is great straight from the pouch and extra divine on an everything bagel.

This is big enough for one sandwich. I suppose you can eat it on its own, as well. The taste is great and I like the blend of garlic and herbs. What I would also consider doing is maybe putting in a half scoop of rice and mix it up. Otherwise, it's difficult to get into every nook and cranny of the packaging to spoon out the chicken (maybe a rubber scraper would help). It seems like it would be easier to scrape a can clean versus the package so I feel that it's kind of a waste compared to a can - but the packaging makes it easy to grab/take on the go.

There is cost value in this product. Its texture and taste.are amazing. The product is very useful for different recipes or a sandwich. Is a staple in our pantry.

My family has enjoyed Swanson Chicken a la King for decades, but the store where i used to buy it closed recently. I was delighted to see it available on Amazon at a good price. When we are at the end of the day and don't feel like making a meal, a can of chicken a la king, heated on the stove for a few minutes and poured over a couple of slices of toast is very satisfying. We often add a sliced boiled egg or some frozen green peas to 'pep it up', but it is fine right out of the can. It was delivered promptly and none of the cans was dented. We like it well enough that we've had it three times in the month since it was delivered, leaving us more time to do something fun, like playing a board game or reading a book.

Love the flavor but not like it used to be, it's half gravy in the can. Cooked already so no cooking time. Put it over rice and it would be wonderful. Overall excellent taste and value, just know that you'll still be hungry after the 10 oz can.
