I've bought the brass and silver before and loved them. Ordered the black thinking they'd look great with what I was doing but got these instead. Oops! I kinda like these but not sure they will work for the tie off for my monkey fists. Too bad!

Of the 4 pack I received, I was unable to unscrew two - trying actually damaged the tip of my jewelers screwdriver. I tried heating the ends to see if that would loosen whatever is binding it closed, but no luck. I do like the 2 I could use though.

These are hard to use. They are extremely difficult to unscrew and if by God’s grace and strength you manage to unscrew one to screw into something else, good luck ever getting it back off. I bought 12 and struggled for over an hour to get them open but I still have one I haven’t managed to get unscrewed. They are attractive though and fit perfectly in the space between the rivets of Portland Leather Goods totes.

Perfect replacement for the original D-Rings on my Solo bag. Originally I thought I'd have to part with my favorite breifcase/bag when the original D-Rings wore through. Then I stumbled across these and gave my bag a 2nd life!
