Purchased this to try to strengthen my shoulder muscles following a full tear to my rotator cuff whilst I wait for a hospital consultation with an orthopaedic surgeon, currently minimum 17 weeks wait. It is helping me to fully stretch my arm and I feel it is getting easier, it obviously won’t cure it but with the other exercises I have picked up from you-tube it is making life a little less painful whilst I continue to wait to see the specialist.

This was bought for simple shoulder and back excersise. It works well. Good value for money. No complaints.

Shoulder exerciser, door pulley operation, I found it's a great simple idea to help with frozen shoulders, but it's limited to helping raise one arm a time by only 50% high up

My physiotherapist recommended I bought a shoulder pulley. I was drawn to purchase it, (among a great deal of opposition) because of the words “for frozen shoulder rehab”, a condition I have after surgery. It enables me to do one of the easier exercises with the minimal amount of effort! It is uncomfortable but not painful to use as it gently pulls my left arm upwards with me in total control.

I broke my shoulder, the physio recommended I get this.. its a very good product, stays hanging on the door, stable and you can move the lengths up or down to suit whatever excersizes you need to do.

Bought due to shoulder and arm injury advised by physio. It's great really helped my recovery.
