I'm always on the lookout for chewable, sugar-free, tasty vitamins, and this one fits all that. I think these gummies must be designed for children, as they don't offer much Vitamin C -- 45 mg per gummy -- but they do taste great! I'll probably keep shopping for a similar product that provides more C, though.

I prefer these because there are not any sugar crystals on them. I didn't have any problem tating the difference between the two. It does help that crbs are a little less.the carbs are a little less. I highly recommend them whether you need to watch your sugar intake or not.
