bought a box, as soon as i had a bite i knew i couldny finish it. So i gave the leftover box to a friend, and he said he couldnt finish a bar either. Worst of all, this is the type of protein bar that gives you flatulence-- was gassy all day and night. anyway its decently priced, but you get what you pay for
