I had several symptoms of certain nutrient deficiency, the first being inflammation, and this B12 was recommended. It has been a couple month's since I started taking it and it's helped me to not have mouth pain. These are very easy to dissolve under the tongue and they taste like sugar. This price is extremely good for high quality vitamins. I am excited to recommend this brand.

These are great B12 supplements. The best I've found I wouldn't take any other, they dissolve quickly, taste decent, and provide energy for hours without jitters or an upset stomach. I've questioned if I'm deficient, which is really hard to detect in some people, and these definitely help me feel better and more myself. They are readily absorbed and can cross the bbb which most supplements can't, and they are a great form without toxins. I've ordered these a couple times and they have been great and I surely recommend them to others. The price point isnt bad either. I love adenosyl version, and it can be converted to the other forms in the body as needed, where as it's harder for the body to convert the others to adenosyl efficiently. I take them daily and especially when I need a pic me up it works differently and more of a gentle effect than caffeine, and doesn't seem to be dehydrating either.

The product is affordable and works great. We have had no problems with it.

Once a day under my tongue and dissolves easily, tastes pleasant & I think this works well. Ingredients are fine except - magnesium stearate- which is not good for me. I generally avoid it whenever I can.

I purchased these because the type of B12 is different from others I've taken with no noticeable effect. I take B12 in order to help build up my red blood cell count, which is habitually below normal due to a chemo drug that I take. The other types didn;t do much more than give me expensive urine, soI am skeptical - but neevertheless hopeful - that I've found a type that will work. They are convenient and taste fine. The price is pretty good too.

I have noticed a dif in my energy level. Trying to take every other day cause I have had lay awake nights.
