I bought this for my 2008 Silverado 1500 truck. The keys came in the mail on time. It came in an amazon brown envelope, the keys were in a small zip lock bag inside. There was no instructions that came with it. You would have to go to the link in the description to get the instructions. The key fob programming was very easy. Took less than 5 mins to program both keys. The buttons are better than my old cracked fob. Another thing that I liked about it is it came in with batteries.
