We were hesitant to try dog diapers at first, but I'm so glad we did! Our senior dog has started having occasional accidents in the house, and these diapers have completely changed our daily routine for the better. They're super absorbent, fit snugly without being uncomfortable, and don't leak—even overnight.The velcro straps make them easy to put on and take off, and the material is soft enough that our dog doesn’t mind wearing them. The fit is very good. Easy to adjust tighter or looser. The diaper is reusable. I also bought Amazon basics maxi pads($5.) to put inside the diaper. So if my pup got it wet I could just take out the maxi pad and the diaper would still be dry and usable more than once. The adhesive strength is top notch! I was able to reuse these diapers 3-4 x with no problems getting the tab to hold tight.I also bought suspenders on amazon for her diapers.I bought the extra large diapers to fit my 75 lb. German shepherd girl. Great value !

No leakage, soft cushy pad absorbs well. Easy to put on and adjusts to waist. Adhesive straps stay in place and you can take off and on as needed and they do not lose grip. My pup did not have any allergy issue or irritated skin. She only showed difficulty walking at first till we adjusted to fit better overall. Needed to run fingers in her inner legs to make sure not rubbing when walking. She comes to me to put it on and stands still till I completely adjust, so I guess she is okay with it.

It seems comfortable for my puppy. She can move and seems to be okay with it. It doesn't leak. She sleeps with it at night (when in heat) I gave it 4 stars, because twice She some how managed to get it off at night. Lol. As well as its a little hard for her to go poop since the tail end is a little too close to her bum bum. Also, it gets kinda pricy for 18 days. I've had to order 3 times. I change her frequently to avoid irritation and infections. I like that its odorless. The small fits her perfectly for now. Maybe when she's older, I'll need a medium. And she can't lick while its on.

These are okay, they're not great. My dog needs a tighter tail hole because the tail space leaks. I think they would be fine if my dog was only urinary incontinent and didn't try at all to take them off. The tabs don't stay closed tightly if he moves around at all. Maybe would work better for small dogs just to go to sleep.

My Labrador retriever is 8½ months old, just started her first heat. She weighs about 70lbs. I ordered the XL like the size chart said, and it's right. Only thing I did extra was to make the hole bigger for the base of her tail. I used treats for the first diaper and after that she didn't worry about getting it off. She knows something is happening. Anyhow, I wanted to post about the size mostly in case you were debating on large or XL.

I have a 5 pound Shitzo/poodle fits her if I overlap the Velcro. It's been a big help since she's older now and incontinent. Doesn't seem to irritate her in any way.

So these didn't really fit the shape of our dog... 25 pound ACD, and they would fall down her legs. However, we did use them for our niece's doll that drinks and wets her diaper, lol, and they do seem to be plenty absorbent and they don't leak. I think it's a good product but just not the right shape for our dog breed.
