Really interesting book full of useful tips and exercises which are accessible for all A good read with helpful diagrams Would highly recommend

Highly recommended
I've got a few of Katy's books, including Move your DNA, but that is packed full of so much information and covers so much, it's sometimes hard to take everything in. This book is more focused, and as a result I think easier to use. Highly recommended.

Informative
It really makes you think about your posture & how it's important. Some things you should know & it's good to revist these again. But there are lots to learn & put into practice. An easy read and tool to use. Short sections keep you focused. Glad I bought it.

Great book for posture improvement
I have several of Katy's fantastic books but this book brings all the exercises together and makes it easier to pick a body part to work on.
