The comfiest shoes I have ever owned with great support. And the width was a little bit big for me but they most definitely came in handy when I twisted my ankle and had to use an ankle brace. There was enough space in the shoe and it didn't feel too tight even with the brace on. The color goes with almost anything, and it didn't cause any blisters on the back of my ankles like most shoes do.

I found this after doing research on casual shoes with an appropriate heel to toe drop for plantar fasciitis. These are very comfortable and very cute too! Great for walking around town for errands, I can also wear them for a full day of teaching.

And yes…my Dad did wear these :) so, it is with great nostalgia that I slip these on every day. They are so comfortable. I won’t say that they age too gracefully in terms of looks, but they do only get more comfortable with time. They start off quite bouncy and perky feeling, then mellow into a more cushioned, low-key feel. Much like our faces as we age… Anyway, I have gone through maybe 3 or 4 pairs in the last 8 years (I average 2 years per pair with almost daily wear…not bad?) and won’t be stopping anytime soon.

I purchased these for my daughter. She really likes them. They run try to size. She has worn them quite a bit and still look like new. Have not noticed them getting dirty easily. Would buy again!

I have been wanting these shoes for a year and a half, and I waited until the weather warmed up here in Ohio to purchase these in gray and white. I highly recommend the iconic gray and white. I ordered the 9 1/2 because for some reason in athletic shoes I need a half size up. I took a star off only because I will have to purchase socks that go above the cuff. I would give these shoes a 4.5. The shoes do provide good arch support and overall comfort; however, the back cuff rubs around my Achilles tendon. I have a more narrow heel. I am hoping that as I wear the shoe, this discomfort will go away.Otherwise, I am very pleased with the look of the shoe, as well as the overall support that I expect from New Balance. I don’t know that I personally would use these for walking/exercise. They are more of a fashion shoe to wear out to run errands, attend events, etc.

Really good looking terrific shoe. I didn’t want shoes that look like old lady or an American tourist in Europe and these certainly don’t look old lady or like an American tourist in Europe. They look stunning and they are very, very comfortable well-made.

Purchased these as a gift for a teacher at a daycare, she said they’re extremely comfortable for being on her feet all day

very comfy— wore them for a Europe trip, and they did great! got a small blister from the tongue rubbing the skin above my sock, and these are pretty high on the foot, so linger socks recommended. otherwise perfect!
